Erin's {Book} Baby Shower

My amazing friend Erin asked me before she was ever pregnant to throw her a book baby shower. She found some stuff online and figured I was crazy enough to do it! I feel so bad because I almost missed the opportunity to throw her a  baby shower  to celebrate her adorable little guy {Simon} who was born last month. I'm so glad I asked our friend Kelly Landin to help me, she not only is she super creative, she has a really cool house which made the  picture perfect setting for the shower  and has a ton of children's book which was really helpful! Right before the shower started and everything was perfect, I realized I forgot my camera! Kelly took pictures, so hopefully I will update this with her pictures soon.

 This was the center piece on the food table which included different food from children's books!

Brownies & Gummy Worms- Are You My Mother

Cookies- If  You Give a Mouse a Cookie

 Spinach Dip just because and Erin loves it!

 I covered Nerds boxes to look like little books for the favors

I  put out paper for people to write notes to include with the book they brought

I love how this book garland turned out... so fun! 

 
 I'm so glad Erin asked me forever ago, I feel so honored to call her my friend! I hope we were able to meet  all of her expectations! ;) Love ya Erin and your adorable little guy!
