Last night around 11pm my Grandma Shirley Mollenkopf passed away. I can't sleep because all I can think about is how much I'm going to miss her. She was an amazing women and I could not have asked for a better Grandma. Here are somethings that I loved about her.
She was so thoughtful, kind, giving and always thinking of others, making sure that everyone was taken care. She always made the cutest handmade cards for birthdays & holidays, and she was amazing at sewing! She sewed all the table runners for my wedding. She also made us bags, pillow cases, and my favorite baby blanket {Ethan's Blue with Sheep}!
I loved her passion for sports. I just thought it was so cute when she asked the guys...how what ever team was doing. She would know the players and etc... and I would be totally clueless.
One year we met up with my parents and Grandpa & Grandma Washington in Seattle. We ate lunch in the Space Needle and after we watched the Mariners play the Yankees at Safeco Field. We had so much fun!
I'm so grateful for you! I miss you so much already and I love you!
