Today we had an ultra sound. I wish I could tell you what we're having, but the baby decided it was the perfect time for a nap. Naps are a Patsfield trademark! Even worse, the baby was sleeping spine up with the legs crossed and tucked under the genitalia. At first I was a little nervous because the baby was so still. My nerves left when the tech checked the heartbeat; it was perfect-154 bpm. She continued on with the measurements, making sure everything looked good. We tried a couple of different things to wake up the baby like, drinking juice & speed walking down the hall with Ethan. I think I just made the baby angry because it curled up in a ball and wouldn't let us see anything at all. My thought was, "If it's a girl, what a Princess!" I'm just really happy that the baby is healthy & no matter what we end up having, Ethan will have a sibling to play with.

Dang! I was REALLY looking forward to finding out what you are having! I would say (if it was my baby) that it is stuborn and got it from me!
Bummer! Maybe you'll just have to wait...or find a reason to have another ultrasound.
Do you have any "feelings" either way?
Well, the 3rd ultra sound we had at 12 weeks, it looked like a boy. This last one we didn't see any boy parts, so the tech said it might be a girl, so I'm really confused. At the moment I think it's a girl!
It's exciting either way though. And I am happy too that the baby looked healthy :)
