Because I love St. Patty's Day so much,
I started off our fun filled green day,
by making green pancakes for breakfast. Yum!

Of course I had to get a picture of all of us wearing green!
I know this may sound weird, but I really look forward to eating
Corned Beef & Cabbage. It's a family tradition & it just wouldn't be St Patrick's Day without it.

I love St. Patrick's day too! I've always been afraid to prepare corned beef, though! my Mom never made it, and I'm just afraid there's some sort of trick to making it authentic and edible. We did creamed peas and potatoes (tinted green) and ham instead. Not authentic, but not trying to be either! I guess that's my middle ground!
YES! I always love the traditional Irish meal! Yum!
